Welcome to the Website of our 3-room flat in Den Haag – in the district Scheveningen, the beach-side of Den Haag    

The flat is equipped with very practical and functional furnishment without being overloaded or giving a cold impression. The rooms invite to relax and feeling comfortable after a long working day or in your holidays.

The equipment comprises WLAN, a laundry dryer, a microwave, TV, a „senseo“-coffee machine making a good espresso or cappuccino and several other appliances (see right side).

The flat consists of a big bedroom with a double bed, a small room with a pull-out bed (where 2 persons can sleep) and a dining room. The kitchen is nice and functionally equipped – 3 persons can sit at the kitchen table. The bathroom is big and commodious. At the backside of the flat is a balcony where you can sit with a look into a tree.

The typically Dutch wall cabinets make it easy to stow away your clothes and other things. The laundry dryer is also hidden in one of those cabinets. One room as well as the kitchen and the bathroom are located on the back of the house, two rooms are on the front with a view to the Arnhemsestraat, a small and quiet street with only two- ore three-storeyed apartment houses. The next cross street is the Gentsetraat with several small shops where you can buy your breakfast croissants and rolls and many other things (see location).

3-Zimmer Wohnung in Scheveningen – Den Haag.

Die Wohnung ist sinnvoll und praktisch eingerichtet ohne dabei überfrachtet zu sein oder kalt zu wirken.

Sie ist zum wohlfühlen und entspannen nach einem langen Arbeitstag oder für die Urlaubszeit.

Zur Ausstattung gehört der W-Lan – Anschluss, Waschmaschine plu Wäschetrockner, eine Microwelle, Fernseher, die „senseo“-Kaffeemaschine für einen guten Espresso oder cupppuccino, Handtücher und Bettwäsche.

Es gibt ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein kleines Zimmer mit Bett zum ausziehen (dann können auch hier 2 Personen schlafen) und ein Wohnzimmer. Auch die Küche ist sinnvoll eingerichtet, sie bietet 3 Personen Platz am Tisch. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein Tisch für 5 Personen. Das Badezimmer ist groß und komfortabel.  Es gibt einen Balkon nach hinten heraus auf dem man sitzen kann und in einen Baum sieht.

Typisch holländische Wandschränke machen das Verstauen der Garderobe und weitere Utensilien leicht. Auch der Wäscheautomat versteckt sich in einem der Schränke. 1 Zimmer sowie Küche und Bad liegen nach hinten, 2 Zimmer nach vorne zur Arnhemsestraat, die eine kleine, ruhige  Straße mit ausschließlich 2-3 stöckigen Wohnhäusern  ist. Die nächste Querstraße ist die Gentsetraat. Sie hat diverse kleine Geschäfte – in denen man nicht nur seine Frühstücks-Croissants und Brötchen bekommt – siehe Location
